From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. the early check-in at 5 am was seamless, and Mr Emin's warm welcome set the perfect tone for our romantic escape. the spacious room with a city view was exquisite - the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The room service was impeccable, ensuring that every detail of our stay was looked after. the daily breakfast, with Turkish, Russian, and European options, was a true delight. the staff even went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, like extra cheese each morning - a small gesture that made a big difference. The hotel's amenities, like the free WiFi, shared lounge, and bar, added an extra layer of comfort to our experience.
